A Little About Me
I am an artist turned graphic designer turned illustrator. After years of working as an in-house designer I found renewed inspiration in the antics of my now 6 year old daughter, and began to draw with children in mind. Picking up the pencil after years of only wielding a stylus or mouse was a great feeling and I began to feel like my old self again. Creativity bloomed and I fell in love with drawing all over again.
My long-time love for illustration was further rekindled and refreshed by weekly visits to the library's story time and I soon began my journey into the world of children's illustration. Today my family and I are currently stationed at Fort Jackson, South Carolina where I continue to embark on many artistic endeavors, learn new techniques and styles, and grow as an illustrator.
